"I had a great experience with Delta Remodeling. I asked them to look at a small framed wall in my unfinished basement to determine whether it could be safely removed. They came out promptly, assessed the framing carefully, explained why it was non-load-bearing and likely had simply been installed for a potential future basement finish, and gave me a very reasonable price for removal.
Since their crew was already working nearby, they were able to send two people over within about an hour. The wall was removed quickly, cleanly, with no disruption or damage to the surrounding area. Everyone I interacted with was professional, knowledgeable, straightforward, and easy to work with.
I especially appreciated that they took the time to explain what they were seeing rather than simply giving me a yes/no answer. I would definitely use Delta Remodeling again for future work and highly recommend them."
